Meet Herb

Herb’s roots run deep in Tampa Bay, shaping his dedication to the community he calls home. Upon establishing his law practice in 1991, Herb created and trademarked the name “New Tampa” becoming its founder. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Herb carries the values of honor, integrity and service into every aspect of his life and Covenant Law in Wesley Chapel.

Herb’s mission is clear: To guide families through their most challenging transitions with unwavering integrity, strategic expertise, and genuine compassion, ensuring each client emerges with dignity, financial security, and a clear path forward to their next chapter. Herb relentlessly advocates for spouses and parents who are transitioning in their family life with unwavering commitment to his clients.

Herb’s life story is one of strength and tireless commitment having amassed over 700 hours helping families as a volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay. His legacy is built on action and a deep desire to counsel those who have decided to dissolve their marriage and move forward in the best interests of their families.
